FROM New Brunswick Community College (NBCC):

All of the pesticide exams are now done online through NBCC. Here are the details on how to register:

You will be able to register and pay for the online pesticide exam “certification” by following this link https://nbcc.ca/programs-courses/continuing-education?campus=Web.

Once registration and payment have been completed, the system will generate your account within 1-5 business days with additional information and clear instructions on how to take the chosen pesticide exam.

Should you not receive your account information, please contact stephanie.mason@nbcc.ca.

NOTE: Please do not use the sponsored tab.

NBCC is not accepting sponsored payments for this exam since the results are provided instantly. If you are an employer paying for your staff, you will have to gather all of their personal information (DOB, address, email & contact info) and pay and register for them.

At the request of the Department of Environment and Local Government, online exams will now require you to show a picture ID to your webcam before you start the exam, and the exam(s) will now be recorded.

The recording will only be shared with the Department of Environment if NBCC suspects cheating. If cheating is suspected, your exam could be deleted, and you could be asked to retake the exam through a live webcam proctor.

Once you have completed your exam(s), you will need to apply through SNB for your pesticide applicator license.
