There is parking available for all students at no extra cost. Residence rooms in Torunski Hall have private washrooms, these rooms are designated as single rooms only. Priority for these rooms is given to students entering their second year of study at the College. All additional available rooms in Torunski Hall are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Each room is set up for double occupancy and includes wifi access. Mini refrigerators are allowed, and all other cooking appliances including microwaves are prohibited. Satellite dishes, air conditioners, firearms, and pets are not permitted in Residence.
Students are required to bring their own shower supplies (face cloths, towels, soap…) bedding is not provided. Any additional furniture other than MCFT furniture is not permitted in residence (couches, deep freezers, beds).
Residences will be open the Saturday and Sunday before the first day of classes. Anyone arriving early and after 5:00 PM will have to go to the security desk at the core of the complex as the residence is equipped with security locks.
All students are required to leave during the Christmas break. Arrangements can be made if you plan on staying during that time. Charges will be applied and students must pay in advance for the extended stay.
Students in residence are required to purchase a meal plan which totals 19 meals per week. That breaks down to three meals a day Monday to Friday and two meals a day on Saturday and Sunday.
Single room requests are on a first come first serve basis. Students will be notified in June of their room status and any other living arrangements for the academic year, including roommates for that coming year.
